I’m Tracy Nangeroni, a REALTOR® and real estate agent based in Sunapee, New Hampshire. I work with buyers and sellers throughout the beautiful Sunapee Region, specializing in primary homes, vacation properties, waterfront, and luxury real estate in Sunapee, New London, Newbury, and the surrounding areas.

Before real estate, I owned and operated a small family business. While that was a meaningful chapter in my life, I realized my true passion was helping people find the right place to call home—so I made the leap. Today, I bring that entrepreneurial mindset together with a genuine love for what I do.
